I’m a Miami-based bartender, copywriter, and creator. My love for the art of cocktail crafting and my passion for writing have led me to build, Behind the Bar Mat.
I began my restaurant career in 2005 as a hostess, and worked hard to quickly became a server. From there, I went to bartending school and making drinks has been a deep affection of mine ever since. In 2014, I used my bartending skills and ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment to start my own bartending service for private events.
